Chaka Kahn at the Kodak Center was POSTPONED
Ticket Center are not returning my claim for a Chaka Kahn concert at the Kodak Center in Rochester NY. I did not sign up for a concert through the years 2025-****.
They were clear the concert is not cancelled, it was POSTPONED. No refund, "sorry"!
it is what it is, so I am telling Jesus, I want my refund now. I must say all concerns were met.

Impossible to deal with
Wish I'd read reviews here before purchasing tickets. Paid premium for excellent seats; now unsure that they'll be delivered. Turns out these folks sell for third parties -- who may be short selling. That is, they might sell tickets to a buyer before the third party has tickets in hand and then hope to 'cover' before the event date.
In my case, they are allegedly going to deliver electronically for me to print at home before the event, oblivious to the fact that that doesn't work for a buyer who is traveling to the venue before the event and does not have convenient access to a printer.
Before I recognized this might be a scam, I also purchased a pre-paid parking pass. Seemed like a good idea. Paid $28. Got a parking pass from SpotHero showing paid less than $8! But the pass was no good!! Wrong license plate and vehicle description. The Ticket Center apparently entered a random license plate number and vehicle description; never asked me for such information. Turns out that the parking facility uses a license plate reader, so if I'd done nothing, the pass would have been useless. Fortunately, SpotHero was most cooperative, corrected the misinformation, and assured me the pass would now work. But of course, I paid $28 for a defective $8 parking pass -- never again.
That experience is what got me to investigating whether the tickets for which I paid a premium would in fact arrive.
The Ticket Center's automated phone system is useless, clearly designed to thwart obtaining answers from a live representative -- just ignore the system, do not put in any number, stay on the line, and eventually someone will answer. However, he or she will be unable or simply refuse to assist you in any meaningful way. Oh, they will recite their corporate quality assurance policy, but my guess is that it is hollow -- they cannot replace premium seats the day of the performance when the 'seller' fails to deliver, and a 'full refund' is not adequate. I see a lawsuit coming over this.
I knew I was paying a steep markup (over $400 per seat) but was willing to do so for the special seats I wanted.
But I did not bargain for the stress of whether the tickets would or would not arrive; stress compounded when I learned of the problem with the parking pass and the ridiculous premium the Ticket Center collected for nothing.
Do not deal with this company. Believe it or not, it is worse than Ticketmaster, and we all know that is saying a lot!

Bought tickets on the Lindsey Stirling site thinking that it was directly from her side, which happened to be a third-party site that sells tickets from a second party, which is illegal and fraud. If you go on the Better Business Bureau, youll see all the reviews of people that have not received their tickets.
I want my ticket before November 20 and I never even got a confirmation email that theyve received my payment. This site is definitely a scam.

Paid more than twice what tickets were worth and thought I was buying them from the venue itself. Very deceptive business.

We did not get our tickets to Martin & Short
I feel like I was robbed. I have solicited the states attorney general and the BBB.
And I feel we were charged an outrageous charge for a secondhand sale. I have a college degree, but I do not regularly buy these tickets. I felt that TC should have followed up with me when I did not finish the transaction. We went to the theater and were rudely rejected.
I will never use TC again, and I'm warning all my friends how deceptive this site is.
I paid $838 for nothing, plus a parking pass and the hour driving to and back from the *** theater. Major disappointment.

Scammed
I purchased tickets for the cirque de soleil, I was charged from my account. No tickets were sent even though i received a confirmation with my order summary. I tried contacting customer service only to tell me they are no longer associated with ticket center.

This is a horrible company. I highly recommend no one do business with them
I ordered tickets from them on 7/11/25 for a 9/23/25 concert. I was denied entry because of my blindness. Nor will they refund my money because they say sales are final.

This company is unresponsive!
I could not get into the theater and spent $836 for nothing. The automated phone did not list the problem I had. Now I'm teaching out to the states attorney general and Chase card services.
