I could not get into the theater and spent $836 for nothing. The automated phone did not list the problem I had. Now I'm teaching out to the states attorney general and Chase card services.

Joke of a company

Bought tickets to a basketball game back in August and the game was in November and within 24 hours before the game, they canceled our tickets and said the event was canceled when it was clearly not.
We watched the game on TV and notice our seats were filled.

The lack of coordination between Ticketmaster and Ticket-Com is a complete disconnect, making the access to actual tickets and paking passes beyond difficult.
It did not help that the representative who was cordial spoke vety broken English and had to repeat her instructions mutiple times.
The call lasted 37 minutes, not good

Ordered tickets on December 4 for a performance on December 14. I was promised the tickets by 5:30 pm for the performance at 7:30 pm. I didn’t receive the tickets. Finally I spoke a manager at 6:00 pm and told me I wouul receive a refund. I haven’t received the refund yet. The performance was yesterday.
