I went online to buy concert tickets for OC FAIR concerts for the summer of 2024 and was taken advantage of by this website called Tickets-center.com this is a company that gouges you double or triple the price you will pay. And they charge a 40.00 fee on top I was taken for 664.26 I paid $1,196.76 for 8 tickets that should have cost $532.50 on the OC fair website in which had plenty of tickets for the event.

Me not knowing that fraudsters like this actually exist I thought I was purchasing from a legitimate company and they even said they were giving me 20% off on my tickets which is FRAUD because I was overpaying over double for them I see thousands of bad reviews on the internet about these guys.

Their website has a timer and fools you into thinking someone else is going to buy the ticket before you get it. They are con men that are taking advantage of people. I am a senior citizen and now I refuse to purchase anything from the internet after this.

I have reported them to a Government Agency and also to BBB and will work on how I can get the word out on the Internet so this does not happen to other people. Also it seems that they have no real IP address and are steeling customers from the legitimate venues after reading more reviews upon discovering these con artists I think they have hackers that do this and they are praying on innocent people thousands of innocent people they are running a racket.

I BOUGHT BASEBAL TICKETS 6-DAYS AGO AND PAID $211.50 - I FOUND FOM OTHER VENDOR TICKETS IN THE SAME SECTION WITH FULL CHARGES OF $90... YOU SEE THERE ARE HIDDEN CHARGES-- LIKE SERVICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES WHICH YOU DON'T KNOW OF UNTIL YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD.

THEN ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE IN SMALL PRINT IS THE SURPRISE CHARGES!!! I MISSED IT BY THE WAY THE TICKETS WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM HAD A PRICE OF $39 EA.. BUT SPEAKING OF DELIVERY CHARGES... I MADE AT LEAST 6-PHONE CALLS AND SPENT 10-HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TECHNICAL STAFF BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T DOWN LOAD TICKETS TO MY PHONE...AS SOME OF THE TECHS SAID THIS HAPPENS A LOT.

FOR WHAT ITS WORTH I HAVE 41 YEARS OF IT EXPERIENCE AND I ACTUALLY GAVE THE TECHNICIAN THE RECOMMENDATION WHICH SOLVED THE PROBLEM.. AGAIN LET ME ADD I FOUND ON-LINE 2 TICKETS IN THE SAME SECTION WITH A DIFFERENT VENDOR FOR $90... WANT TO KNOW PAIN? TRY SPENDING HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TECHES AND AFTER TRYING THIS THEN THAT THEN MORE AND NOTHING WORKED!!!AGAIN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS TICKET CENTER ----- STAY AWAY!!

WHEN I ASKED THEM TO JUST CANCEL ORDER 'WE DON'T CANCEL" INSTEAD THEY CHOSE TO HAVE ME SPEND HOURS AND HOURS ON THE PHONE CAUSE THEY DON'T CANCEL...STAY AWAY TICKET CENTER!!! BOB B

In Sept 2023 my boyfriend purchased tickets at ticket center for Billy Joel concert at Gilette Stadium he thought it was ticketmaster they put 953.00 on my card and when I went to concert I am disabled the seats were so.bad I could not.sit up there for fear that I would fall or have panic attack I watched show in stairwell they would not refund my money and even Ben has your back says they won't respond to him as well Ticket Center is a scam they should go.out of business Don't use this company you will be sorry hopefully they will.go out of business maybe President Biden will do something about them they are cheaters and downright LIARS they don't care about customers just MONEY spread the word
